2023 Honda Passport – The 2023 Honda Passport has been spotted on public roads undergoing testing. The new SUV looks to be camouflaged in a way that discloses the majority of the alterations. As far as we can tell, the Passport’s design will be altered somewhat, giving it a more robust appearance.
The next SUV, like its brother Pilot, will include many features from the previous generation. Unlike the Honda Pilot, though, the 2019 Honda Passport will remain more compact. Mechanically, the Passport is expected to use the same engine as the previous model. As a result, anticipate the same 280-horsepower 3.5-liter V-6 engine and 9-speed automated transmission. The Honda Passport 2023 is on its way, and it was recently sighted being tested on public roads.
2023 Honda Passport Interior and Features
We haven’t seen the interior yet, but it should be slightly different from the present model. Interior storage space should be the same as before, and the cargo area should be up to 77.9 cubic feet. The 2017 Passport has somewhat greater space than cars like the Ford Edge, Hyundai Santa Fe, and Nissan Murano in the same class.
When you first go in, you’ll notice a well-designed cockpit with a solid combination of touchscreen controls and tactile buttons. The Honda Display Audio infotainment system is standard on the Sport grade, with an 8-inch touchscreen and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone connection. Wireless phone charging, heated/ventilated front seats, heated steering wheel, self-dimming side mirrors, and rain-sensing wipers are included in the Elite level.
2023 Honda Passport Engine
The 2023 Honda Passport will very certainly use the same engine as the current model. This SUV will be powered by a 3.5-liter V-6 engine with 280 horsepower. We expect it will be mated to the same 9-speed automatic transmission as the current model.
Front-wheel drive is standard, with all-wheel drive available as an option. Given that the manufacturer utilizes the same engine, we may expect the same 3,500-pound towing capacity. The exact same mechanics are also available in the new Honda Pilot. The Pilot variant, on the other hand, can tow 5,000 pounds with all-wheel drive, which is significantly more.
2023 Honda Passport Release Date and Price
As previously reported, the anticipated 2023 Honda Passport was recently spotted testing in moderate camo. The new SUV has a new design and some minor changes compared to the present model. It also has great comfort and a lot of standard features. If the prior release is any indication, the new model will appear in early 2022.
In terms of pricing, we believe the new SUV will be slightly more expensive than the previous model. The base form of the current model costs just under $40,000, while the top-of-the-line Elite trim costs $45,100.
