Aside from minor aesthetic upgrades, the new Insight should have a more pleasant interior with Honda’s outstanding Sensing safety technology.
This little automobile, however, will continue to employ the same single engine driven by the hybrid system as before. The hybrid/electric motor is incredibly efficient and delivers a total output of 151 horsepower.
2023 Honda Insight Exterior and Interior
The 2023 Honda Insight’s external design is the most appealing thus far. Actually, this automobile features Honda’s most recent design language and DNA, which we’ve seen on other Honda models like the Civic and Accord. Automatic LED headlights, LED taillights, and heated mirrors are some of the exterior aspects that will be separated. In addition, if you choose the Touring model, you’ll get a sunroof, as well as some beautiful chrome exterior decoration. In terms of dimensions, this car is nearly identical to the Toyota Corolla Hybrid sedan.
Inside, the new Honda Insight for 2023 will be more elegant than its predecessor. This vehicle has a pleasing look and a plethora of user-friendly technological features. The interior space is quite large, with plenty of seating. Automatic climate control, an 8-inch infotainment system, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth connectivity, and an HD radio rear-seat armrest are included in the base model.
Leather seating, dual-zone climate control, an auto-dimming mirror, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel are also available on the Touring variant. The Honda Sensing package features a forward-collision warning, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, road departure mitigation, automated emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and traffic sign recognition as standard equipment.
2023 Honda Insight Engine
The 2023 Honda Insight has the same hybrid powertrain as the previous model. It has a hybrid/electric motor that produces 151 horsepower in total. Every Insight also comes standard with a CVT automatic transmission that sends power to the front wheels.
Unfortunately, all-wheel drive is no longer an option. As far as we know, this automobile will be powered by a single electric motor capable of producing 129 horsepower. The EX and Touring models both get great gas mileage, but the EX is the most efficient. The EX variant gets 55/49 mpg in the city and 51/45 mpg on the highway, according to the EPA.
2023 Honda Insight Releas Date and Price

Surprisingly, the Honda Insight competes directly with the Toyota Corolla Hybrid, which is comparable in size and price. The base EX variant of the 2023 Honda Insight is priced at $25,760. However, upgrading to the Touring grade would set you back just under $30,000, plus a $1,015 destination fee.
