2023 Honda CR-V – The new Honda CR-V for 2023 has been spotted testing, and it is expected to debut next year. We have to be honest with all of our admirers, but the next generation does not appear to be as compact. The Honda CR-V fifth generation was introduced in 2016 and received a facelift three years later. However, in March 2021, the new model spies were released for the first time, but they were still far from their goals. Surprisingly, the prototype was seen testing again a few days ago, but this time it was completely camouflaged from front to back. First and foremost, we noticed that the incoming crossover looks to have grown in size, with a more angular form than before.
The spy images of the 2023 Honda CR-V have surfaced, and the new SUV appears to be in good shape. First and foremost, the front end has been updated, with a somewhat larger grille flanked by sharper LED headlights. The side profile was also captured on camera, and it follows the same lines as the previous model. Also visible are the new wheels, which are most likely 17 inches in diameter. This type, on the other hand, does not change in the back. It has beautiful LED taillights that are slightly thinner than the previous model.
2023 Honda CR-V Interior and Features
We get a glimpse inside the 2023 Honda CR-V thanks to a side shot. The new SUV will be available in the same form as the previous version, with seating for five people. The inside is sleek, and the dashboard features a new tablet-style infotainment system mounted above the center console. The touchscreen is positioned differently than in the current CR-V.
The Honda Pilot can accommodate the third row and seven seats if you’re seeking for a car with additional interior space. The Honda CR-V is available in four trim levels, as before: LX, EX, EX-L, and Touring. The LX comes standard with Honda Sensing, single-zone automatic climate control, a 6-way manual driver’s seat, cruise control, and more. Android Auto/Apple CarPlay
2023 Honda CR-V Engine
The new Honda CR-V for 2023 is an SUV that will have no changes under the hood. That means a 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder with 190 horsepower and 179 lb-ft of torque will be available once more. This unit gets 34 mpg on the highway in front-drive vehicles, and two mpg more in AWD variants, according to the current model.
It’s also useful to know that the CR-turbocharged V’s engine is paired with a CVT automatic transmission with Sport mode for increased responsiveness. Furthermore, towing capacity is limited to 1,500 pounds in both front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive variants.
2023 Honda CR-V Release date and Price
The revamped Honda CR-V is expected to make its debut next year. According to some reports, it could arrive in the second quarter. As previously said, the forthcoming SUV has been spotted testing in camouflage from front to back.
Its design is outstanding, with a slightly larger grille flanked by sharper LED headlamps on the body. In terms of price, we should expect a modest increase over the existing model, which starts at $25,000 and goes up from there.
