2023 Acura NSX – We heard a lot of whispers about the redesigned 2023 Acura NSX after Acura revealed its intention to bring back the Integra moniker. According to existing information, the new NSX might be on the road next year. As a result, it appears that the speculations concerning the model’s discontinuation were unfounded.
We expect the next-generation model to be powered by the same four motors as the previous one. This variant has a combined 573 horsepower from a twin-turbocharged V6 and an electric motor. If that isn’t enough for you, the firm also offers a Type S variant with 600 horsepower and 492 pound-feet of torque.
2023 Acura NSX Exterior and Interior
Outside, we don’t anticipate any big modifications on the next-generation Acura NSX, which will debut in 2023. Of course, to follow up with tradition, the manufacturer will renew some aspects of this sports car, but that’s it. Expect the same shapes and proportions as before, with a more modern design. The Type S, on the other hand, is differentiated by its more aggressive appearance, which includes angular air vents in the nose. A bigger rear diffuser and revised front spoiler increased the aerodynamics compared to the normal model.
We don’t expect the 2023 Acura NSX to differ significantly from its predecessor. The new 2-seater will have the same seating layout, but luggage space will be limited. The upholstery on the NSX will be a mix of leather and Alcantara in its standard version. Optional full-semi-aniline leather upholstery is also available. The latest model’s infotainment system is unquestionably one of its drawbacks.
As a result, we expect Acura to have a significantly larger infotainment system than the present 7-inch touchscreen. Keyless entry/start, dual-zone automatic climate control, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone connectivity, Bluetooth, heated seats, leather/Alcantara upholstery, and ambient cabin lighting should all be standard.
2023 Acura NSX Powertrain
The 2023 Acura NSX will most likely use the same engine as its predecessor under the hood. A twin-turbocharged V6 and an electric motor combine to produce 573 horsepower in the current model. The NSX is one of the fastest vehicles in the class thanks to this engine. Acura claims it can go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds. There is also a more powerful Type S variant if that isn’t enough for you.
The high-performance variation has the same engine arrangement as the standard model, but it produces 600 horsepower and 492 pound-feet of torque. A nine-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission is also included. As you can see, the NSX is a supercar that provides amazing performance at a significantly lesser price.
2023 Acura NSX Release Date and Price
Next year, Acura will release the redesigned NSX and Type S 2023 models. Both models will most likely debut in the second part of 2022. Aside from minor aesthetic and interior changes, the new NSX will most likely have the same engine as the previous model. We’ve also heard that production will be limited to 350 units, with 300 set aside for US buyers. Unfortunately, there is no price information available for this vehicle!
